Aummmm...sorry, food entry again..*wink*. DH is craving for kacang phool and we went to the Arab's food shop in Ampang Avenue to buy the canned foul medames. Both of us love to browse the shop to look for spices and nuts but it's more expensive than the local supermarket. When we wanted to pay for our purchase, I spotted a tray of baklava. It has been a long time that I did not taste the baklava. I was introduced to this sweet dessert by our turkish friend. When he moves to china, I no longer enjoy his tasty and sweet baklava. If I'm not mistaken, there is one shop in Bangsar Village selling the baklava. I am not sure if the shop is still there, coz I have not been to BV for quite sometime already.
The baklava sold at RM65 per kg !!..quite expensive. I bought for 100 gram and its about 10 pcs only. I like very it much, not too sweet and lots of nuts inside. Definitely will frequent that shop for scrumptious baklava.
Bon Appetite and Happy stitching everyone !
