Souffle and Macaroons



Salaams and hello to everyone..kali ni entry about masak2 pulak..this is my 2nd attemp to make a souffle..but still tak berapa nak success sebab kalau tengok surface dia tu mcm muka ketat jer..me still try to figure out why the surface tu tak nak merekah..dah google2 pun still tak jumpa jawapan..masterchef boleh tolong tak ?..hiks..must be ada lah silap kat mana2..takpe practice lagi lepas nie :-)..

Haaa yang nie memang tak boleh nak muka pecah..hahaha..kalau tak, sure kena masuk dalam dustbin..yelah nampak cantik ajer kan..sebab ada cikgu yang mengajar..selepas didesak berkali2 oleh my girls yang suruh me belajar macaroons nie, me pun gi lah register macaroon class kat angeltreat.com. I am learning to make macaroons the italian ways *grin*. Pasni not sure bila nak cuba buat sendiri..banyak betul do and donts..that is why si cenonit besar duit 50 sen nie mahal harganya..pasni will explore to make the macaroons in french ways..*wink*..

hani, yes..cinonet yang banyak songeh tapi sedapp kan..:-)..tengah mengumpul kekuatan nie nak mencuba..nampak mcm kena upgrade hand mixer tu jer..considering nak beli kenwood..nak kira2 bajet dulu..:-)

yes yati, thanks..bahan2 dia tak susah nak cari cam putih telor, almond powder, gula icing..yang susah nak mengerjakan nya tu..kena tengok cuaca..tak boleh gaul sembarangan..nanti pecah permukaan atau kaki tak keluar..temperature oven pun kena jaga..haishh

adui...kakda dah lama cuba mengumpul kekuatan ni... acu nak buat baru teringat lupa lak nak peram eggwhite at least 3 malam... pehtu risau pulak apa aku nak buat dgn egg yolks?...kang buat creme brulee sapa yg susah...aku dah la tgh diet..

hehehe takpe kakda..no worries..sal pun tengah diet tapi makan nyer tak hengat jugak nie..asik kata takpe, esok diet..pastu esok lagi..dan esok..sampai menimbun dah lelemak tersayang nie,,hehehe..cikgu rina cakap, kalau tak masuk peti ais, letak kat luar 24jam pun ok.
